Capabilities
With its 380 foot automated conveyor line, Linex is capable of coating large quantities at competitive prices. Our specialized racking allows us to hang a wide variety of different parts and optimize our line time.
Quality control is at the forefront of all orders with parts being monitored at each stage. Parts are inspected for defects when initially received. Drawings are inspected to determine masking details. Our wash tanks are tested each day to help maintain the proper chemistry. After leaving the dry off oven, parts are inspected one further time to ensure all masking is intact and there is no moisture on the product.
After coating, the parts are inspected for any flaws in the powder. Coating weights are tested using an electronic Positector coating thickness gauge. Linex also performs industry standard tests such as MEK and cross hatching.
